Key issue
Ibotta’s business revolves around providing its cashback to shoppers who upload their receipts via a mobile app. This means that that Ibotta needs to process a large amount of receipts on a daily basis.
Before partnering up with Supahands, they were working with two other vendors who were struggling to cope with the increasing volume of receipts due to workforces that were not fully managed or elastic. Therefore, Ibotta needed a new partner who could scale rapidly with them.

How Supahands helped
We put together a team of 180 workers who validate an average of 300,000 - 600,000 of receipts a month. A dedicated BizOps manager was also assigned to the project. Her main responsibilities include overseeing and training the workforce, and quality control of their output.
This allowed Ibotta to keep up with the large volume of receipts while maintaining a high accuracy on the validation. They were also directly involved with the project by keeping on eye on the throughput and carrying out quality control measures of their own.

Client results
Supahands made a significant impact on Ibotta’s ability to scale with quality and much faster than Ibotta could with their other vendors.
